Plot[]

A couple of years after the first film, the protagonists Louis Booker and Charlie and Jessie Carbone are back in Australia when they reunite with Jackie Legs and then find themselves in a jewel smuggling ring.

Why it's Better than Kangaroo Jack[]

  1. Nice animation, especially on the background.
  2. The story is easy to follow even for kids.
  3. Decent voice-acting.
  4. The kangaroo, Jackie Legs, has more screen-time.
  5. The bathroom humor is toned down.
  6. The characters are more likable than in the first film.
  7. Despite the film taking place in Las Vegas, it manages to leave out things considered unsuitable for kids, like drugs and prostitution.
  8. The Australian natives are not stereotypes.

Bad Qualities[]

  1. Jessie has red hair despite being blonde in the first movie.
  2. Some lazy humor.

Trivia[]

While mostly ignored by critics and receiving mixed reviews, some consider it better than the original. It currently has a 40% audience score rating on Rotten Tomatoes, where the original has only 28%.
